Notice From Granite County Public Health Department

Granite County Public Health is pleased to announce that we are bringing the following programs that you and your family may be interested in.


1. WIC – Women, Infant and Children program. WIC is a supplemental food program. This program was in Granite County a couple of years back. We are excited to be able to offer families the ability to renew your benefits. We will be serving clients in both the Drummond and Philipsburg offices. Medicaid and Snap recipients automatically qualifies families. Please call the office for income eligibility guidelines.


2. Immunizations - Infants, Children, Teens and Adults through their lifetime. Public Health’s focus is to keep the citizens of our county healthy and offering immunizations to all of Granite County citizens is our goal.

3. Parents As Teachers program. This program was founded with the vision that all children will learn, grow and develop to reach their full potential, and that parents and caregivers are the earliest and BEST teachers. This is a home visiting program targeting preschool readiness.


4. Oral Health Program – This program focuses on protecting your child’s teeth. A fluoride varnish can be applied to your child’s teeth by a trained RN.


No Granite County resident will be denied service due to inability to pay.
