GRANITE COUNTY AIRPORT BOARD

The Granite County Commissioners established a 7-member Board to operate and control the airport at Riddick Field in Philipsburg, Montana and the Drummond Airport outside Drummond, Montana. The Board will advise the Granite County Commissioners on the safety, maintenance, construction and future planning for both airports. The Board is responsible for FAA compliance and notification as the
County Representative. Riddick Field is home to various small-to-intermediate-sized aircraft whose owners rent hangars from Granite County as well as transient aircraft visiting the area.
